For all of us here at Godrej, the idea of a greener India is something that is very close to our hearts. And this is something you can see in the acres of Mangroves we have preserved since 1943. You can also see it in the fact that 35% of the water we use in our plants is recycled and used again. In fact since 2015, we have initiated inte- grated watershed development projects in the drought prone regions of Beed(Maharashtra), Siddipet (Telangana) and Magadi (Karnataka). Just off International Airport Road, a few minutes from the International Airport in North
Bangalore, we intend to build something. Not just a place of brick and stone, but a home for something the city really needs right about now
– water security.
Because any lasting change always begins at home. And if change has to start here, we believe it should start with us, with our homes.
